TNews, TIDORE –<\/strong> Pemerintah Kota Tidore Kepulauan kembali meraih Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) di tahun 2023 kemarin. Kini, Pemda Tikep telah mengoleksi WTP sebanyak 10 kali.<\/p>\n

Penghargaan BPK itu diperoleh dimulai dari tahun 2014 lalu, semenjak kepemimpinan Ahmad Mahifa, hingga tiba di masanya Ali Ibrahim sekarang ini.<\/p>\n

Meski demikian, sederet keberhasilan diraih ini, justru mendatangkan ketidakpastian ditengah marknya kasus korupsi dilingkungan Pemkot Tidore.<\/p>\n

Sebut saja Kasus Perumda Aman Mandri, Perusahaan Daerah (BUMD) dilahirkan dari buah pikiran Ali Ibrahim dan Muhammad Sinen ini telah diadili oleh Pengadilan Tipikor Ternate (PN) diputuskan telah menggelapkan uang negara senilai Rp. 3 milyar.<\/p>\n

Kedua terdakwa ini akhirnya diganjar hukum 5 tahun penjara, yaitu Rudy Muhammad Yamin selaku mantan Direktur Utama dan M Taher Ramya, mantan Bendahara.<\/p>\n

“Menjatuhkan pidana denda terhadap terdakwa RMY dan MTR, dengan pidana denda masing-masing sebesar Rp. 100 juta dengan ketentuan apabila denda tidak dibayar, diganti dengan pidana kurungan masing-masing selama 4 bulan,” tegas Ketua Majelis Haryanta saat membacakan putusan, Selasa (19\/3\/2024).<\/p>\n

Setelah kasus korupsi Aman Mandiri, Berikutnya Kasus Korupsi Pengelolaan Dana Insentif Daerah (DID) Tambahan Tahap II Tahun 2020 di Dinas Pertanian Kota Tidore.<\/p>\n

Dalam perkara tersebut, Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Tidore telah menetapkan satu tersangka atas nama Nuraksar Kodja alias NK, kini kasus itu dikabarkan telah disidangkan di Pengadilan Tipikor Ternate, usai dilimpahkan berkasnya.<\/p>\n

\u201cTersangka akan dilakukan penahanan selama 20 hari, sejak tanggal 31 Mei 2024 s\/d 12 Juni 1024 di Rutan Kelas IIb Ternate berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan (Tingkat Penuntutan) Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tidore Kepulauan (T-7) Nomor : PRINT \u2013 185 \/Q.2.11\/Ft.1\/05\/2024, tanggal 31 Mei 2024,\u201d ucapanya<\/p>\n

Tak berakhir sampai disitu saja, Kejari Tidore berjanji tak lama lagi bakal menetapkan tersangka terkait dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan Puskesmas Galala, Kecamatan Oba Utara.<\/p>\n

“Yang jelas kita mau segera selesai, paling dalam tahun ini sudah kita limpahkan,\u201d ucap Kepala Kejari Tidore, Widi Trismono, (15\/6\/24).<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani menyatakan, status Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) tak menjadi acuan kementerian atau lembaga penerima bebas korupsi. Pasalnya, audit dan opini WTP tidak didesain menjadi tolak ukur ada atau tidaknya praktik korupsi.<\/p>\n

\u201cWTP bukan berarti tidak ada korupsi. Korupsi bisa terjadi dengan modus macam-macam,\u201d tegas Sri Mulyani dalam acara Rapat Kerja Nasional (Rakernas) Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Keuangan Pemerintah di Jakarta, Kamis (14\/9\/2017) sebagaimana dikutip Antara.*<\/p>\n
